Merlin is a precious, adored, and spoiled member of my family. So when it came to looking for doggy daycare, meeting my high criteria was a must. Rachel at Chapel House Hounds absolutely ticks all the boxes, and I can not express enough how much I highly recommend this lady. Merlin comes home happy and tired, having had such a fulfilled day, and looks forward to his next visit. Merlin has been going to Chapel House once a week and I can honestly say I have never felt uncomfortable or uncertain with Merlin being in Rachel's care. 

Having boarded our Bergamasco a number of times, we were wanting somewhere that had a more personal touch and able to give her proper attention. We very much get this with Rachel - Della is excited from the minute she realises where she's getting dropped off. We have no worries or concerns while on holiday and Rachel will regularly send pictures and videos to keep us up to date. Rachel looks after Della as if she was her own. We wouldn't think of letting anyone else look after her in the future

When choosing boarding for our two bulldogs we were keen to find a home from home environment. Rachel encouraged us to attend a meet and greet session which allowed us to see where our dogs would be staying, allowed them to familiarise with the new environment and provided us with an opportunity ask any questions. Rachel spent time with our boys and was keen to learn more about their individual personalities. During their stay Rachel took the time to share daily updates in the form of photos or videos and it was clear she had quickly bonded and develop an understanding of what made them feel safe and happy. When we returned it was clear both our dogs were settled and had enjoyed their stay.
